You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting 666com customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 666com reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of PKR 500 per month to inactive accounts where a real-money balance exists. You will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. Where the account balance reaches zero, the account may be archived.

Withdrawals to verified JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one to three business days. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification prior to first release.
Note: 666com applies the same-method withdrawal policy where technically possible. Funds deposited via JazzCash will be withdrawn to the same JazzCash account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
Where a deposit bonus has been applied to your account, withdrawal of the deposited amount may be restricted until the applicable bonus wagering requirement has been satisfied. Players who wish to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may do so, but the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited. The original deposit amount remains withdrawable subject to standard processing conditions.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these General Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail.
Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other players, or any form of arbitrage — will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, the following standard wagering conditions apply to all bonuses issued by 666com:
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to newly registered players only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Players who close and re-register accounts to claim additional welcome bonuses will be in breach of these Terms and will have their accounts terminated.

In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. 666com reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or at clearly incorrect odds.

666com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
